How we handle your information

What this page collects. Dates, guests and the pet option compose the WhatsApp message you send. For payments, we collect name, email, amount and reference to process the payment and manage the booking, with Wompi as data processor. Cloudflare Pages Functions (/api/wompi/sign, /api/wompi/events) and Cloudflare KV provide processing and storage. Data is retained while the booking is active and for the periods required by Colombian commercial and tax rules. Contact the controller at [email protected]: inquiries are answered within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days under Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
WhatsApp. When you tap a WhatsApp button you leave this site and use WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms. What you write there reaches the host to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, draft your stay contract. It is kept while the conversation and any booking are active and for the time Colombian commercial and tax rules require.
Analytics, only if you accept. If you press Accept in the banner we load Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corp.) to count visits and understand how the page is used. They set cookies and may process data outside Colombia under their own policies. If you decline, nothing is loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser only.
Your rights (Law 1581 of 2012). You may know, update, correct and delete your data, ask for proof of the authorization you gave, and revoke it, by writing to the host on WhatsApp. Complaints may also be filed with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
No sale of data. We do not sell or rent personal data and we do not use it for anything other than answering you and managing a stay.
WhatsApp opens an external service; what you send goes to the host to answer your inquiry.
